Inspired by global technique and bold Indian flavors, Chef Vikram Singh's has curated a special New Year’s Eve selection featuring some of KĀMA’s most iconic dishes — refined, modern, and unforgettable.

A thoughtfully curated experience featuring shared starters, a choice of signature entrées, and a duo of desserts to finish the night.

  Caraway-spiced tempura cauliflower with ají Amarillo Harissa, paneer, and amchur masala.
• Goan PEI Mussels
  Mussels in a tamarind-coconut broth with leeks, served with Kashmiri focaccia.

A selection of elevated mains, each prepared with modern technique and deep flavor:

• Lamb Rack
  Served with couscous and demi-glace — rich, tender, and aromatic.
• Butter Chicken
  Poulet Rouge brined and grilled, finished in a silky makhani sauce with fenugreek.
• Cashew Korma e Pepe
  Potato dumplings in a velvety cashew korma with black pepper and mustard whey.
• Squash Curry
  Charcoal-grilled maitake & lion’s mane mushrooms in a fragrant squash curry with lemon rice.
