COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
LAMB CHOPS – Sous Vide, Medium
Single cut pieces are marinated & pre-cooked sous-vide
Finish: Heat a pan or grill to high. Sear lamb chops for 1–2 minutes per side to caramelize.
Rest 2 minutes before serving.
CHICKEN THIGHS – RAW, Marinated
Options: Grill, pan-fry, or bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C)
CHICKEN BREAST – RAW, Marinated
Pan-searing on medium heat for 6–7 minutes per side or bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes.
Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Storage Tips: Keep sealed until ready to cook.
PANEER & VEGETABLE SKEWERS –
Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high. Thread paneer and vegetables onto skewers if desired. Grill for 3–4 minutes per side until lightly charred.
Oven: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
Pan-Sear: Use a nonstick or cast iron pan on medium heat. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side.
Arrange cooked pieces on a plate and serve with ginger tomato chutney on the side.
Optional: Garnish with chopped cilantro or a squeeze of fresh lemon.
Storage Tips:
Keep refrigerated and cook within 3–4 days. Do not freeze the chutney. Keep chutney refrigerated and consume within 7 days after opening.
