Butter Chicken may be one of India's most recognizable dishes, but at KAMA West Loop, we give the classic the same attention to ingredients and technique as the rest of our menu.

Our Butter Chicken begins with Joyce Farms chicken, selected for its quality and flavor, roasted before being paired with our scratch-made makhani. Fresh Roma tomatoes are slowly reduced and layered with fenugreek, warming spices and KAMA's house garam masala to create a sauce that is rich and deeply flavorful without losing balance.

The result is familiar yet distinctly KAMA — an Indian classic shaped by thoughtful sourcing, from-scratch cooking and the modern approach that has defined KAMA since 2009.
