Tap & Tikka Tuesday is built on technique, not shortcuts. Our Chicken and Paneer Tikka Masala begin over an open charcoal tandoor, then finish in a sauce made from scratch, layered with toasted spices and simmered until every note has time to develop. It’s the same scratch-made standard found across KAMA’s full menu, paired simply with one selected beer so the craftsmanship in the dish can take center stage.
