We use fresh and high quality ingredients. Our recipes use fresh roma tomatoes in our sauces, prime lamb and naturally raised chicken, home-made cottage cheese and yogurt. Key spice blends such as the all-important Garam Masala, Channa Masala, Tea Masala is made fresh in-house.
Global Influences
Kama Indian Bistro serves fresh and authentic Indian food. But that doesn’t stop us from
experimenting and evolving as has been the case with Indian food for centuries. Lobster Kama, Shrimp Sunaina and Chicken Lemon Tadka are fusion of Indian and French styles. Chilly Crispy Potato, a spicy take on French fries, is a derivative of American and Indian. Chilly Chicken is a classic from Delhi which combines Chinese and Indian. Lamb Okra has Middle Eastern influences.
Gluten Free, Vegan and Vegetarian
The menu includes 50 (90 variations) gluten free items on our menu. Our most popular items - Chicken Tikka Masala; Lamb Roganjosh, Lamb Vindaloo etc. are gluten free.
We also offer a range of vegan options with over 15 items on the menu. They include the favorites such as Spinach Kabab, Chili Crispy Potatoes and Sweet Potato Chat in appetizers. Vegan entrees include the popular Aloo Gobi, Okra do Piazza, Dal Makhani
Kids Menu
Kids love our Nan PBJ and Cinnamon Sugar Bread. In the appetizers the cream based Chicken Lemon Tadka and Shrimp Sunnaina can be consumed as an entrée. They will love our take on fries with Chili Crispy Potato (ask for mild) and Sweet Potato Chat. Our most popular entrée, Chicken Tikka Masala (mild), is a kids favorite. In desserts most popular kids items are the Kulfi (Indian ice cream) and Gulab Jamuns (Indian style donut in cardamom flavored sugar syrup)
Martinis
All the martinis are made from fresh ingredients, and Grey Goose Vodka. They are infused with a touch of spice such as cardamom, cinnamon. The martinis include pineapple, mango, cinnamon pleasure and cucumber chili.
