We offer the following services
1. By Quantity – This option is best when there is less uncertainty with regards to the quantity and food is not the focus of the event. This option, if the event is carefully planned can also be a low cost option. For example, this option is ideal for a close group of friends which allows for a highly reliable estimate of quantity
2. Per Head – Best when the uncertainty regarding quantity is high and/or the consequences of falling short are unacceptable. These events may arise for bigger events with a diverse guest list for important events such as engagement parties, graduation parties etc. Transfer the risk to us of managing the quantities. To design the menu we take into account the event type, service style and general idea of the attendees. We will also send an event manager on-site to oversee coordination with service
3. Per Head with on-site prep – This is ideal for larger events where food is the focus and freshness is desired. This also opens a range of menu options which are not available for offsite prep. Based on your needs we can do on-site bar, tandoor, appetizers and main courses
4. Complete Event Management – A successful event requires service and the kitchen to work in perfect harmony. It also requires creating the visual aspect that enhances the two. We can manage all your event needs from guest management, decoration, service and food.
